Located at the Durham Transfer Station and Recycling Center.
Open Saturdays and Tuesdays 7:30 am - 2:30 pm (30 minutes before the Transfer Station closes).
Every item is FREE!

Large items are not accepted during the winter when there is limited storage.
Some Electronics, Appliances, and all Bulky Waste require attached stickers even when left at the Swap Shop. (See the list at the website above). Stickers may be purchased at the Public Works Office or at the Transfer Station and Recycling Center (checks only).
Donated items are stored as space permits, and Swap Shop volunteers have discretion to refuse items.
