A Durham Treasure Hunt!

Hey kids of Durham, what are you doing this summer? The Durham Historic Association is hosting a historic treasure hunt!

Open to Durham residents between the ages of 8 and 17 years old, this treasure hunt is a fun way to explore ten historic sites in your hometown! Participants have until the end of August to visit the Durham Historic Association Museum, Doe Farm, the Mill Pond Dam, Smith Chapel, and more.

To register, send an email to durhamhistoricassociation@gmail.com and include your name, address, phone number, and date of birth. Then, get exploring! At each of the ten historic sites, take a selfie and write a brief paragraph about the site's historic significance.

The first ten participants to complete the treasure hunt win a prize!
